About the event
Enjoy a mindful and relaxing slow yoga flow followed by a sound bath with Candi.
Bring your yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing for light movement. Don't forget any comfort items, i.e., blankets/bolsters, as you'll want to be as comfortable.
Space is limited and requires registration. Cost is $15 cash/check, Venmo, PayPal.
