About the event
As we enter December, take an hour for yourself with a Heart Opening Sound Bath on Wednesday, December 4 at 6:00pm. Join Candi in a sound bath as she plays a variety of sound healing instruments. This sound bath shares supportive energies for opening and healing your heart center, promoting feelings of gratitude, compassion and expansiveness. Please bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows/bolsters, as you'll want to be as comfortable.
Space is limited and requires registration. Cost is $20 cash/check, Venmo, PayPal.
