About the event
Debra will lead you through mindful meditation to clear your mind and center you. She will then play a variety of healing instruments in various frequencies to awaken and align your chakras. The vibrations from the instruments can shift emotional, physical and mental energies.
Join Debra on Thursday, 7/18 at 6:00pm as she assists you in reducing stress and tension. Please bring your yoga mat, blankets, pillows/bolsters, as you'll want to be as comfortable.
