Blue Luna C is headed back outside to embrace fall and the equinox. Join Candi at Box Park Thursday, September 21 at 6:30pm. This event requires registration to provide Candi an idea of who's attending. If you are bringing a guest, please register separately. Cost is $35.00.

Blu Luna C is headed back outside to Box Park on Thursday, September 21 at 6:30pm! Â Let's FALL into a new season with a short slow flow yoga sequence and a soothing sound bath to ease into the transitioning fall months. Â Fall is one the most beautiful and colorful seasons here in Iowa. Â Along with yoga and sound bath; Candi will share some Ayurvedic tips to help you care for your body and mind through the fall season.
CCF Ayurvedic tea, warm cider drink, or water bottle will be provided. Â Bring your yoga mat and anything else for comfort. Â Keep in mind as we celebrate through the evening hours it may get cool so plan and dress accordingly.
This event requires registration to provide Candi with a head count of those attending. Â While registering through the website is preferred, you can also register directly with Candi through FB Messenger. Â Cost is $35 cash/check, Venmo, PayPal.
